Our Covid-19 Guidelines and Form
Updated as of the 3rd of July, 2020
Here's what actions we are taking to keep you and your family safe:
No human physical contact will take place between us and any client,
We will keep our distance (1 metre apart where possible), if not, a facemask will be worn.
Before any shoot takes place, we will take our temperature to make sure we are not suffering from any fever. This needs to be below 37.8,
We will wash our hands and carry hand sanitizer at all times.
Our equipment is cleaned regularly between sessions,
If our client is considered vulnerable, we will suggest that they arrange a session after the covid-19 pandemic unless they are able to wear a facemask too.
If we suffer from any symptoms, or if our fever is above 37.8, we will rearrange accordingly. Should this not be possible, a full refund will be given
If the session is indoors, we will remove our coat and shoes upon arrival.
Prep for Newborn and Indoor Sessions:
The above guidlines will also apply, but it's important to note the following: The guidleines were updated on June 15th to allow a photographer to come to your home for your baby photoshoot at a social distance, wearing PPE and keeping 2 meters apart. (England only at the time of writing). This means nor you or your baby can be posed by the photographer but you will be guided on positioning. For natural newborn photographs, we do not need to touch your baby. We will not touch you or your baby or go any closer than 2 meters without a mask.
If you have any concerns or questions, please get in touch!
We look forward to our time together!
Alistair and Gabriela
Please read the following to ensure you are familiar with our COVID-19 guidelines before our session, and complete the form no earlier than 7 days before your session.
Because we work closely with newborns, small children and pregnant women, it is our duty to ensure all clients are protected during their session with us. These sessions are extremely low risk in terms of human to human contact as, there is no physical human contact needed. But please note: If anyone attending the session appears to have a cough, fever or other symptoms of a virus, I will need to ask to postpone the session with no exceptions. It is important to let me know in advance if you are feeling unwell so I can reschedule your session to another time.
