Payment terms

In order to secure the booking, we request 20% deposit payment front which is due within 3 working days, when the booking form has been completed online and the terms and conditions agreed to. This is a non-refundable retainer which will secure G&A Media's services for the date of the wedding and bookings cannot be confirmed until this money has been received. Service Period

The service will start on the day of the wedding, and run until the wedding video has been finalized and delivered to the client by G & A Media.

Service supplied

G & A Media agrees to attend the client's wedding with the purpose of filming the client's wedding and agrees to edit the footage into videos specified according to their chosen package. The final videos will be edited and will be delivered to the client 4 - 6 weeks after the wedding date. Availability may be limited and reservations are made on a first come first served basis, validated by the deposit and the signed contract.


Yes, we have Public Liability insurance and all our equipment is insured. Happy to send the certificate to your venue or any other suppliers who may need to see it.

Denial Of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime where we deem it is in our best interest on the basis of credit, past history, lack of safety precaution, or likelihood of abuse. We may also refuse service at anytime and our obligation under any contract executed will be void should we discover that our presence at the client presents a serious safety hazard and/or violates any constitutional or by law.

Client Responsibility

G&A Media will not be responsible for coverage loss due to timing changes. If timings are changed, it is the Client's responsibility to inform G&A Media of updated timings within what is deemed to be a reasonable time-frame. It is understood that G&A Media is the exclusive Videographer retained by the Client to cover their wedding. Any conflicts with other video coverage and any notifications necessary to avoid such conflicts, are the sole responsibility of the Client. Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required for G&A Media to video each event, public or private.  G & A Media will not be held responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions. Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions. G&A Media  will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, interference from guests etc.

G & A Media's Responsibility

In the unlikely event that G & A Media cannot perform the services agreed upon; all fees paid by the client will be refunded. G & A Media will take the utmost care with respect to delivery, editing and delivery of final video footage. In the event that circumstances arise that are beyond our control our liability is limited. Circumstances beyond our control include, but are not limited to: acts of nature, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, fires, flood, storms, explosions, war, governmental actions, non performance of third parties, or loss or fluctuations of electrical power. G & A Media reserves the right to use any footage for promotional or any other purposes or public display. The video is produced for the client's personal, private, in-home use. The client assumes all liability for any form of copyright infringement and is responsible for any personal releases.

How we use your information

G & A Media collects personal information when you register with us or place an enquiry for services. We will use this information to provide the services requested, maintain guarantee records and, if you agree, to send you marketing information. G & A Media.
